Here’s how to properly get dropped off and picked up from Minnetonka Middle School East if you are not using the bus or walking. Please, for the safety of students, staff, and other drivers be patient and cautious during both drop-off and pick-up. School starts at 9:20 a.m. and ends at 4:00 pm.

Designated Pickup Zones:

Pickup Zone 1: Located at the northern section of the main front curb.
Pickup Zone 2: Located along the middle section of the front curb.
Pickup Zone 3: Located at the southern section of the front curb.

Traffic Flow & Lane Designations:

Right Lane Pickup Queue: Indicated by red and teal dashed lines looping from the far north entrance.
Bypass Lane: Marked by green arrows running parallel to the pickup zones, allowing cars to safely bypass stopped vehicles without loading.
Recirculation Lane: Marked by purple arrows directing vehicles to loop back through the internal parking lot aisles if needed.
Special Education Drop-Off/Pickup: Indicated by orange markers along the southeastern curve.
Exits: Green dashed blocks at the southern end separate into a Westbound Exit and an Eastbound Exit.

When dropping off your student(s) before school, we ask that you use the front of the school. Please drop off using the lane closest to the curb and then use the left lane for through traffic. Before allowing students to leave your vehicle, we ask that you continue to move forward until there are no open spaces in front of you.

픽업

Our primary pick up location is the front circle. Please do NOT park in the neighborhoods by our school to pick up students.

방과 후 자녀를 데리러 오실 계획이라면, 교직원들이 차량을 세우고 기다릴 수 있는 위치를 안내해 드릴 것입니다. 자녀를 기다리는 동안 앞쪽 주차 공간이 비게 되면, 다른 차량들이 대기할 수 있도록 앞으로 조금 이동해 주시기 바랍니다.

조기 픽업

During the school day, you will pick up your student at the Main Entrance. You can park in the front circle until 3:15pm. After that time, you will need to park in the lot so we can leave the front circle open for parent pick up.

If you need to pick your student up before the end of the school day, please enter the information into Skyward by 11am. Your student will then be able to check out in the attendance office and meet you outside.

If you are unable to enter the information in Skyward before 11am, you will need to park and then come into the school to check out your student. We will call them out of class once you have arrived.
