Minnetonka Schools Honored with "Best Communities for Music Education" Award for 13th Consecutive Year

For the 13th year in a row, Minnetonka Public Schools has been honored with the Best Communities for Music Education designation from The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Foundation, recognizing the District’s ongoing commitment to music education.

NAMM celebrates schools, teachers and community leaders for their strong efforts in supporting music education and integrating many diverse and advanced music classes into the school's core curriculum.

"We make music education a priority at Minnetonka Schools," shared Superintendent David Law. "Students in our District are able to explore the gift of music and performance through band, orchestra, choral and classroom music. They achieve great success with the support of their families, teachers and the community."

Thank you to our outstanding teachers, students and community supporters for making Minnetonka such a vibrant community for music. Learn more about music options in Minnetonka Schools by visiting minnetonkaschools.org/music
